Important Booking Information

Make sure to read all of the information provided below as it necessary and could leave to issues with your appointment if not followed.

Upon technician arrival there will be a $25 Diagnostic Fee. This fee functions as a NONREFUNDABLE deposit. If the device is determined to need a repair the fee will be applied toward the full cost of repair.

If the technician arrives the the designated location and are unable to make contact with customer, at no fault of the technician, within 15 minutes the appointment may be considered canceled and an email will be sent accordingly.
